THE T-TOUCH FUND
The T-Touch Fund receives personal donations from employees of Temasek International, as well as matching donations from Temasek Holdings.
The Fund disburses donations to support various community causes, including:
- Vocational training of youth from broken, single parent or low income families, or youth with disabilities;
- Tuition and mentoring programmes for abused youths;
- Pre-school education for children from poor and disadvantaged families;
- Special education for children with disability but who have the potential to support themselves financially and live meaningful lives;
- Support to any other charitable causes in any manner deemed suitable; including but not limited to the poor and needy who by reason of ill-health, misfortune, or infirmity are wholly or in part unable to maintain themselves, or have no one to maintain them, in particular, those in need of moral or social rehabilitation, welfare and vocational support.
Apart from the disbursement of funds, T-Touch also aims to be a platform for Temasek staff who are passionate about charitable causes.
LIVES WE HAVE TOUCHED

"Our kids put on their thinking caps, and for some, it was their first escape room experience. We’re looking forward to more of such experiences in the future."
The Hut supports children and youths aged 5 to 17 through learning-focused programmes and a safe, nurturing environment that empowers them to thrive.
T-Touch volunteers adopted the charity in 2024, and has since regularly engaged children at the Hut with meaningful activities from enrichment and job exposure to experiential learning.
In 2025, volunteers facilitated an escape room experience at Kids in the Room, encouraging teamwork, communication and problem-solving as participants worked together to complete challenges.
In addition, T-Touch sponsored soundproofing works for The Hut’s classrooms and shared spaces, helping to create a more conducive environment for learning and development.

"What I loved was the positivity of the seniors. That positivity and that openness to learn also reminded me of what sorts of attitudes to take in life."
Lions Befrienders supports seniors through programmes and services that promote active ageing and social connectedness, helping them age confidently and independently.
T-Touch volunteers have actively supported Lions Befrienders beneficiaries over the years, with regular yearly activities and bespoke events at Temasek's annual Community Day in 2022 and 2026.
Themed “No One Left Offline”, Community Day 2026 curated a series of interactive activities, volunteers guided seniors in learning essential digital skills and building confidence in using technology, contributing to greater digital inclusion for the elderly.

“We are grateful for the many contributions migrant workers make to our community. We hope to show our appreciation by recognising their hard work and supporting moments of connections where they feel valued and included."
T-Touch volunteers have long supported migrant worker appreciation through Project Chulia Street, and in 2025 extended that involvement to ItsRainingRaincoats, a charity fostering inclusion through meals and festive celebrations.
T-Touch volunteers joined ItsRaininingRaincoats’ "Makan with Migrant Workers" Deepavali celebration at Syscon Dorm in Tuas. Volunteers sponsored meals and joined migrant workers for the festive gathering, sharing food and conversations as they celebrated the occasion together.
The event provided an opportunity for meaningful interaction and strengthened community bonds with the migrant worker community.

“It’s always encouraging to see the excitement and smiles from the residents at CMH each time we visit their home or plan an outing for them, and I’m reminded of the primacy of loving others in our life.”
Christalite Methodist Home provides shelter, nursing and rehabilitative therapy for its residents. As part of the Methodist Welfare Services organisation, it aims to enrich the quality of life for the disadvantaged and distressed, through integrated and holistic services in partnership with Methodist churches and the community.
T-Touch volunteers brought a group of the Home’s residents to Changi Jewel for a tour, including a stroll in the canopy park through the topiaries. The event was rounded off with a sumptuous dinner at one of the mall’s restaurants.

“Bentoriffic was an event supported by T-Touch, where the beneficiaries, with the aid of T-Touch volunteers, bonded as they made their own Japanese bento boxes.”
The Down Syndrome Association of Singapore (DSA(S)) supports individuals with Down syndrome and their families through specialist services, information and education. T-Touch’s contributions enable DSA(S) to continue providing these educational and training programmes and services.
T-Touch is also a sponsor for DSA(S)’s annual charity bowling event, which allows the community to interact with persons with Down syndrome while playing a friendly sport.

“One of Us helped me understand that people with mental health issues are not defined by their affliction, but instead they are as multifaceted as any other person, with hopes and dreams, strengths and weaknesses and have the capacity to live their best life.”
One of Us was organised by T-Touch volunteers to raise awareness for those with mental health conditions and to break down the stigma that they face.
There were two exhibitions held at Temasek Shophouse and Funan, featuring the works of three local artists who suffer from mental health conditions – Daren Lauchengco, Faith Wong and Sim Kah Lim. The artists had a chance to share their mental health journey and how art helped them to overcome their challenges.

“I think it’s humbling to know that the residents’ needs are simple – a little effort and attention can bring big smiles to their faces. It’s a completely different perspective on contentment and makes me reflect on my life’s priorities.”
Surya Home is a haven for many individuals with mental health conditions, alongside residents of the former Singapore Leprosy Relief Association. It provides not only a roof over their heads but also nursing, medical and rehabilitative therapy for their residents.
Temasek staff brought Surya Home residents to Singapore Discovery Centre, where they experienced a guided tour exploring Singapore’s culture and heritage as well as a screening of a local short film.

“Attending the event allows us to contribute meaningfully to a real and urgent need for the underprivileged in Singapore, alongside a group of volunteers who contribute significant time and sweat in ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly.”
Willing Hearts Soup Kitchen prepares, cooks and distributes about 5,000 meals to the underprivileged, the needy, and other marginalised members in Singapore across over 40 island-wide locations every day.
T-Touch volunteers helped at early-morning meal preparations at the central soup kitchen, including the cutting and washing of vegetables, cooking of rice, eggs and vegetables, packing of lunch boxes, delivery of lunch boxes and washing of dishes.

“Given that a lot of the residents are aging and are no longer as mobile as they were before, we decided to bring the SG50 Carnival and fun right to their home!”
Adopted by T-Touch in 2001, SILRA is committed to improving the lives of ex-leprosy victims in Singapore by providing them with a home, basic care, and love. Given that a lot of the residents are aging and are no longer as mobile as they were before, we decided to bring the SG50 Carnival and fun right to their home!

“The beneficiaries and staff enjoyed the celebration tremendously - they particularly liked the carnival games, the Fortune God segment as well as Bingo.”
For Chinese New Year, Temasek staff visited Singapore Cheshire Home to celebrate with the residents.
The programme included a tea break, flower arrangement, carnival games, Bingo, and Fortune God giving out gold coins. We concluded the afternoon by singing Chinese New Year songs together.
The beneficiaries and staff enjoyed the celebration tremendously - they particularly liked the carnival games, the Fortune God segment as well as Bingo.
We also brought the residents for an outing at Gardens by the Bay.

“After we assisted in breaking down the tasks for them in to something more manageable, they become more involved in the painting and were able to complete stunning pieces of art in less than two hours!”
We conducted two art jamming sessions with the aged residents of Bethany home.
The residents were initially fairly over-whelmed at having to produce a painting. However after we assisted in breaking down the tasks for them in to something more manageable, they become more involved in the painting and were able to complete stunning pieces of art in less than two hours!

“An outing for the beneficiaries of the Association to the Police Heritage Museum Tour. It was an enriching experience for the beneficiaries and Temasek staff!”
The Down Syndrome Association’s charity bowling event is a platform for the community to integrate with those who have Down syndrome within a sporting environment.
Funds raised enable education, training, and support for those with Down Syndrome. T-Touch sponsored 9 lanes for this bowling event and many Temasek staff participated.
We also organised an outing for the beneficiaries of the Association to the Police Heritage Museum Tour. It was an enriching experience for the beneficiaries and Temasek staff!
