Trailblazer Foundation has a Personal Data Protection Policy which describes how we collect, use and disclose Personal Data of individuals collected for the purpose of administering and managing our projects, sponsorships and funds.

The Personal Data may include an individual’s name, race, identification number, photographic or video image, residential address, telephone numbers, email address, education history, employment history, particulars of family members, etc.

Trailblazer will ensure that all Personal Data is treated securely and in accordance with our Personal Data Protection Policy.

If we need to use your Personal Data for any purpose to which you have not previously consented, we will seek your consent before using your Personal Data for the new purpose.

You have the right to withdraw consent to the use of your Personal Data. However, the withdrawal of your consent may affect the provision of our sponsorship or other assistance to you.

Trailblazer will only retain your Personal Data for as long as it is required. Generally, we will not retain Personal Data for longer than five years after the completion of the project, sponsorship or fund.

WHISTLE BLOWING

The Whistleblowing Policy of Trailblazer Foundation Ltd. (the “Foundation”) provides a platform for individuals to disclose any observed improprieties that involve the Foundation’s Board Directors and/or other stakeholders, without fear of reprisal. It also provides an assurance that all reports will be properly addressed and treated with confidentiality.

The Policy addresses the Foundation’s commitment to promoting a culture of compliance, accountability, integrity, and transparency.
